Brian Feldman and his father sustain a 24 hour embrace on Father’s Day, inside the boxing ring at Orange Ave Gym.
Spectators are welcome to enter the ring and embrace a loved one after the 12th hour.
“24 Hour Embrace” was first performed by artist Young Sun Han at Swimming Pool Project Space in Chicago, Illinois on December 31, 2008.
“24 Hour Embrace (after Young Sun Han)” marks the first time that Young Sun Han has granted permission to re-perform this piece, as well as the first time that Brian Feldman has re-performed another artist’s work.

New Hampshire St. • Limited vehicle parking is free in the lot surrounding Orange Ave Gym. Limited street parking is free and available along N. Orange Ave. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. • Biking and walking are both good for you and pleasant modes of transportation on a Sunday, and anytime! If riding, please wear a helmet and flashing light (and reflective strip if you have one). Find someone to ride with, like, your dad. It’s more fun that way. Oh, and don’t forget your bike lock!
